Contacting California

California is just around the corner! We updated the Route page again, and we will be starting in San Diego on May 2 and will head all the way up the coast. I have been in contact with most of you (I sent out many follow up emails tonight). However, there were a few contacts whose email addresses are coming back undeliverable. If you are Beth or Laura (see below), please email me directly. If I don’t hear back from you, there is a chance that we might not connect…and that would be sad!

San Luis Obispo, CA
Beth K.

San Francisco, CA
Laura H.

If you are on our tour route and are interested in booking an event with us…please contact me as well! We are always looking for colleges, coops, and private businesses to stop at for tours/demonstrations. And as always, Sara is available for photography sessions as well.

  1. I had no idea you were planning to get to California so soon or I would have said something earlier.

I know you’re not planning to make it up the coast that fast, but Whole Earth Festival is taking place in Davis (just west of Sacramento) on May 9-11. It’s an annual natural living festival hosted by UC Davis. http://daviswiki.org/Whole_20Earth_20Festival has some good pictures and history. If you were interested in doing demos there, it could probably be arranged. Regardless of whether you’re there officially or not, I imagine you’d really enjoy it. There’s even a raw food vending booth (with OMG delicious chocolate)!

If you are interested, please email me directly.

If you can’t make it for that, please consider stopping in Davis anyways. We’d be a receptive audience :)
