Hey Sara! Carrie from San Antonio here! Just coming by to check on how you guys are doing and I'm happy that you're doing well!

Anyway, good to know about raw foods. Talking with Kari and seeing her enthusiasm really has got me interested in doing more raw in our diets. I'll be stalking your blog and reviewing your recipes. Beware. ;)

Emily...almond milk directions are on my blog:
http://happyfoody.com/2006/08/29/homemade-almond-milk/
You'll love it! It's so yummy. You can add flax oil or hemp seed oil to add more fats to it for kids.

Sara,
I grew up in Atlanta (in Denver now), and the #1 comment I've always heard from out-of-towners is "You guys have crazy traffic!" Sorry about that! I'm glad you got to spend some time around Berry...it is beautiful there. I can't wait to hear about your time in Decatur, as I grew up 10 minutes from there. It is a fun, eclectic town.
